After Apple’s allowed it, fring launches its 3G-friendly VoIP app. With fring on 3G, fring users get unrestricted, mobile communication. Now iPhone fring users can call, video call, chat and more for FREE over 3G and Wi-Fi.
iPhone users can now use fring anywhere directly on their device and enjoy the same always-on freedom millions of other fringsters on other platforms have enjoyed for years.

How do users get the new update?
Current users don’t need to do anything to get this update, just open fring on their iPhone and they are good to go!
If for some reason they continue getting a message saying that “voip calls are not allowed…” – Just click on More > Go offline and open fring again.
In addition to enabling voice and video calls over the internet over 3G and Wi-Fi to other fring users, fring users can call their friends on Skype, GoogleTalk and MSN and all their friends on regular phone lines via Skype-Out and hundreds of popular SIP services.
In addition to the iPhone/iPod touch, fring supports thousands of devices on multiple platforms including Symbian S60, Android, Windows Mobile, J2ME, Linux and Intel’s Moblin devices.
